FORMAT:  Two-Player Scramble – Gross Score, No Net

DIVISIONS:  Yes (Based on size of field)

TEES:             Men (59 & Under)  -  White Tees (3,151 yards)

                        Men (60-69)  -  Yellow Tees (2,800 yards)

                        Men (70 & Over)  - Red Tees (2,557 yards)

                        Ladies  - Red Tees (2,557 yards)

PAIRINGS: Blind draw

PRIZE PAYOUTS:  In the form of gift certificates for Guests and Shop Credit for Members

SPECIAL EVENTS:  Closest to the Hole on both Par 3’s (Hole #4 and Hole #7)

HOW TO REGISTER:  Registration opens on the Mystic Creek App starting July 12^th at 6am. You can also

                                       register through our website (www.golfmysticcreek.com), select “About Us”, select

                                       “View Calendar” and click on the link for the date. You can also find the registration

DEADLINE TO REGISTER:  Tuesday, July 15^th @ 4:30pm

ENTRY FEES:          Members: $20 per player (Includes: prize payouts)

                                    DOES NOT INCLUDE APPLICABLE CARTS FEES

                                    Guests: $30 per player (Includes: golf and cart fee, prize payouts)

ENTRY ELIGIBILTY: Limited to Amateur Members/Guests at least 18 years of age

MAXIMUM FIELD:  First 44 players to register
