When filling out your registration, click the "Just reserve a spot...." button if you don't know all team member's information. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee on check out. If you prefer to pay by check, make it payable to "Sandy Ridge Golf LLC" for the amount of the team and get it to either the Boulevard Lounge or Sandy Ridge Golf Course. Deadline to pay is May 17th.
