REGULAR SEASON FORMATS & POINTS
Head-to-head round-robin match play within each division
Gross and Net Scoring for each match
*Anticipated format segments throughout the regular season
Weeks 1-6: Scramble
Weeks 7-12: Shambles
Weeks 13-18: Four-Ball

*Format segments and overall formats may be subject to change based on total number of teams

Teams will compete head-to-head playing round-robin match play within their own division.  Once each team has played against each other for a format segment, the process will repeat for the next format segment until the end of the regular season.  Each match will be played over nine holes with ten points available.  A team receives one point for winning a hole within the match or a half point for a tied hole.  An additional point is awarded to the team that finishes with the most points in the match (ex. a team winning 5 points to 4 points will get 6 or teams finishing with 4.5 points each will split the last point for a 5 to 5 score).  This point system will ensure that the entire nine holes for each match are relevant.

At the end of the regular season, the team with the most gross points within each division will receive a portion of the purse, and all gross scoring within the league will be complete at that time.  All teams will advance to the playoffs which will be determined by net point standings within each division.  However, only the top eight teams will be eligible to compete for the championship payout whereas the rest of the teams will compete for 9th place honors.  The top point leaders within each division will advance into the championship playoffs and the number of teams taken from each division will be split evenly between the divisions (ex. if we have two divisions then the top four net teams in the net point standings from each division will advance to the playoffs).

PLAYOFF FORMATS & POINTS
Championship Playoff: Top eight teams will play head-to-head match play
Championship Seeding: Seeding determined by regular season net point standings
Championship Format: True Alternate-Shot with the winner of each match advancing and losing teams will move into a secondary bracket to playoff remaining spots within the top eight
Championship Points: Each hole is worth a point and the team winning the most points within nine-holes will win the match
Championship Ties: All matches will continue until a winner is determined unless we have lack of daylight in which the last six holes within the match will determine the winner or last three holes of the match, if necessary

Playoff (teams outside of top eight): Teams will play three rounds of stroke play (27 total holes)
Playoff Format (teams outside of top eight): True Alternate-Shot Stroke Play
Playoff Scoring (teams outside of top eight): Teams will play three rounds of true alternate shot stroke play over the three week playoff with the cumulative score determining position.  The team with the lowest cumulative score at the end of the three week playoffs will receive 9th place honors and payout within the Championship Playoff
