Your club! Your championship!  Many golfers, from pass holders, residents, to weekend golfers, call Kiln Creek Golf Club & Resort their home course.  Kiln Creek Golf Club & Resort welcomes all of you to participate in our Club Championship.  This years championship will feature 36-holes of individual stroke play with two championship divisions and select flights. 

The Pass Holder Division will be comprised of only Kiln Creek Members & Pass Holder. That division will be broken down into flights based on a players handicap index to allow for the most competitive environment to crown our club champion. Payouts will be rewarded for the top gross and net finishers in each flight. The overall lowest 36-hole score for male pass holders, female pass holders, and Kiln Creek Residents will be recognized as the Club Champion and awarded their own parking space on Champions Row.

The other division is the Non-Pass Holder Division which will be comprised of Kiln Creek Residents who are non-pass holders, and any non-pass holder that considers Kiln Creek their "go-to" course.  This division will not have various flights but instead will be all inclusive with each golfer playing tees based on their age. Payouts will be awarded to top gross and net places within this division. For more details regarding the event, see below:

EVENT:
Kiln Creek Club Championship
Saturday, Sept. 19 - Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026
Tee-times will begin at 7:30 a.m. each day

ELIGIBILITY:
Open to all golfers
Kiln Creek Member/Pass Holder Division: Must be a current Kiln Creek Member/Pass Holder (Ally, Flex, Insider, Patron, Prime, Premier, or Life Member).
Kiln Creek Non-Pass Holder Division: Open to all golfers including Kiln Creek Resident non-pass holders

FORMAT:
36-holes of stroke play - Gross & Net

DIVISIONS:
Two Divisions - Member/Pass Holder and Non-Pass Holder

FLIGHTS:
Member/Pass Holder Division will consist of multiple flights broken down by handicap index as follows:
Championship Flight: Scratch - 6.9
First Flight: 7.0 - 13.9
Second Flight: 14.0 - 20.9
Third Flight: 21+
Member/Pass Holder Flights are tentative and subject to change based on field size within each flight (requires minimum of 6 golfers to make up a flight). Handicap index range may be altered +/- 2 handicap strokes to accommodate flight size and to provide the fairest level of competition.

Non-Pass Holder Division will consist of two flights - Gross & Net in which all golfers will compete from designated tees based on age
Golfers will compete only against golfers within their respective divisions with the exception of the Resident Club Champion which may be won by any Kiln Creek Resident.

AWARDS:
The following will be acknowledged:

- Member/Pass Holder Division - Men's & Women's Club Champion, Senior Champion, Super-Senior Club Champion, and Flight Champions for Gross & Net
- Parking Spaces will be awarded for the lowest male and female gross score from within the Member/Pass Holder Division and for the lowest Kiln Creek Resident gross score across all divisions.

- Non-Pass Holder Division - Gross and Net Club Champions
- Resident Club Champion - Lowest Kiln Creek Resident gross score

Additional places will be paid out within all divisions and based on approximately 1/3 of the field.  All position payouts will be in the form of golf shop merchandise credit.

GHIN Handicap is required to participate for net prizes.

TEES:
Blue Tees (6100 yards): Men ages 49 & under
White Tees (5700 yards): Men ages 50-64
Green Tees (5200 yards): Men ages 65+ & Ladies ages 49 & under
Red Tees (4800 yards): Ladies ages 50+

INCLUDES:
36-holes of golf with GPS enabled carts
Practice range access for each day of the event
Four FREE Green Fee Guest Passes

Life Member & Premier Pass Holders: $30
Ally, Flex, Insider, Patron, and Prime Pass Holders: $95
*Entry Fee includes all golf fees for both days of play)

Non-Pass Holder Entry
Kiln Creek Resident: $120
General Public: $150

Optional skins game: $20 CASH ONLY each day
Optional skins game is all inclusive (not within divisions)

Entry payment must be provided at the time of registration to be officially placed in the event.  Refunds are not permitted after the deadline date.
