This is a fun four person team event!  Teams will consist of  A,B,C & D players and will be chosen by computer.

ELIGIBILITY. Each player must have a USGA established handicap index and be a member of the
WWGA or the WMGA for the 2020 season.


FORMAT. This is a four-person team event. Each player plays their own ball. On each hole, three
people will be a team and will play best ball gross and net. The designated 4 th team member will play
that person’s individual ball gross and net. The designated will play individual stroke gross and net.  The A player will be the 4th team member on hole one, B player on hole two and so forth. Since we are doing a shotgun, your score card will be marked to indicate which player will be the 4th player.

HALLOWEEN COSTUMES ARE NOT REQUIRED OR EXPECTED, but COSTUMES ARE
WELCOME and FUN.


TEAMS. Teams with A, B, C and D players will be selected by the pro shop to equalize handicaps.


TEES. Women – GOLD; Men – WHITE or GREEN. Men may play from GREEN tee if noted.

HANDICAP. There will be a handicap adjustment to each team’s score. Men are limited to 38;
Women are limited to 43.


SCORING. Each team records a gross and net score per hole based on the team best ball gross
plus designated individual gross score and the team best net based on the team net best ball and the
designated individual net score.
PRIZES. For winning teams and places, gift certificate amounts will be determined based on
participation. There will be an optional $5 for closest to the pin on the Par 3 holes (3, 9, 11, and 13) -
only first ball hit counts, and an optional $5 for a 50/50 drawing.


TIE BREAK. If there is a tie, the back 9 will determine the winners. If still a tie, the lowest score on
the last 6 holes will be used, then the last 3 holes, then the 18 th hole, then each previous hole until the
tie is broken.
DROP AREAS. Drop areas may be used in this format on hole #3 and hole #9 after two balls in the
water, hitting 5. Closest to the pin only counts for first ball hit from the tee.
