DATE:  Saturday, August 17, 2019.  Registration opens at 9:30 a.m.

FORMAT:  18 hole gross stroke play; hole-by-hole playoff if necessary.

ELIGIBITLY:  Open to the public.

DIVISIONS:  Men, Women, Senior Men Senior Women.  Senior men and women must be 60+ on or before the day of competition.  Each division will crown a champion based on gross score.  Net score winners will also be honored.  A GHIN number is required for Net eligibility.  If a GHIN number is provided, the player is eligible for both gross and net.  If the player wins the division with a gross score, they are ineligible to claim the net prize.

TEES:  The Men’s division will compete from the back (Blue) tees, Senior Men’s division from the middle (White) tees, and Women’s from the forward (Yellow) tees.

CHAMPIONS: Trophies will be given to the low gross player of each division.  The title of “2019 (division) Club Champion” will accompany the trophy.

AWARDS & PRIZES:  The Club Champions will be presented their respective trophies and prizes.  Division winners of the Net competition will be presented their prizes.

STARTING TIMES:  Play will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will proceed at 10 minute intervals.

PRACTICE:  A complimentary practice round may be played from Monday, August 12th through Friday, August 16th.  Tee times are required, cart fees apply.  The practice range will be open beginning at 9:00 a.m. through the player’s starting time.

DRESS CODE:  Metal spikes are prohibited.  Appropriate golf attire is required.  Contact the Pro Shop for more details.

CADDIES/SPECTATOR POCILY:  Caddies are permitted.  Spectators are not allowed onto the golf course.

FORMS & FEES:  Registration is not complete until the entry application is completed and returned with payment of the necessary fees.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES:  Electronic devices such as GPS and Laser measurement devices are allowed.  Any device that measures/calculates the slope of the terrain will be prohibited.

LOCAL RULES:  All local rules will be explained to the competitors by the starter at the first tee.
